Tomatoes stuffed with Santo Amaro Sardines

Cooking time: 20 Minutes

For 2 servings:

  • 1 can of Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil and Piripiri Pepper
  • 2 large organic tomatoes
  • 2 cups of mushrooms
  • ½ diced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of goat cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Heat oil and butter, add the onion, garlic and the mushrooms. Let them brown, set aside.

Cut the stem of the tomatoes and remove the center , put a little oil and put in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 390 degrees F. When they are golden, fill with the mushrooms and sprinkle the cheese. Bake 2 minutes in the oven and they are ready.

Serve Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil and Piripiri over the tomatoes.

Serve with fresh salad or steamed vegetables.
