Santo Amaro Tuna Wraps

For 2 servings:

  • 1 can of Santo Amaro Tuna in Spring Water
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup of lettuce cut into strips
  • 1 tomato cut into strips
  • ½ cup of olives
  • ½ avocado
  • Salt and pepper

Preparing a wrap is perhaps the simplest alternative when we want to have a delicious and healthy recipe on the table.

Heat the tortillas a little in the oven or on a pan, add the mustard, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper. In the middle of the tortilla put the lettuce, tomato, avocado (in strips), olives and the Santo Amaro Tuna.

Add any ingredient of your choice, maybe mushrooms, or some sauteed asparagus. It is ready to roll and be cut diagonally.

You could accompany this with baked sweet potatoes and a little sour cream, a glass of wine and it”s a perfect dinner.
