Santo Amaro® Returns – Refunds
At Santo Amaro we believe our 100% natural, fantastic tasting artisanal products are the very best and are confident that after trying them, you’ll be believer too! However, if your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us at www.santoamaro.com within 14 days of receipt so that we can assess what happened in transit and ensure that you receive a replacement as soon as possible.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your Santo Amaro purchases and are committed to doing the right thing for you, all the time. In the event you have a problem with your order or are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days after receipt of your purchase via www.santoamaro.com so we can connect with you and make it right. Authorized returns only apply to non-perishable items that are unopened, in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. (“Perishable products” includes our Anchovy Flat Fillets cured in sea salt). For pre-authorized returns, our team will provide shipping instructions and an authorization code to reference the return.
Once a pre-authorized return is received, our team will inspect the item and send you an email to confirm that we are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another e-mail once the request has been processed to let you know the refund status.
